  • The house and its facilities are exclusively for the people who are staying.
  • The maximum capacity of the house established by the Junta de Castilla y León is 12 people (children of two years count as a place).

  • Can I make the reservation through the owner?

    Yes. By calling 660267905 or 629069515, bank details will be provided to make the transfer of 40% of the total stay.

  • What forms of payment are accepted?

    In cash upon entering the house or by transfer prior to arrival at the house.

  • What is the entry time?

    The time of entry into the house is from 16 hours on the agreed day as established by the regulations in force in Castilla y León. In case of departure of other customers that same day, the entrance will be at 18:30 hours to perform the house cleaning tasks.

  • What is the departure time?

    The maximum opening hours for courtesy of the house are 17 hours on the agreed day. In case of entry of other customers that same day, the departure will be made at 12 noon, as established by the regulations in force in Castilla y León.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    70% of the reservation is returned if the stay is returned. The remaining 30% will be used to lower the normal rate and try to cover the canceled stay.
